The weather is getting colder for those of us in the northern hemisphere, which in addition to scarves, coats, and changing leaves means cider. Lots and lots of delicious cider.
And for residents of New York City and the Hudson Valley, it’s actually Cider Week! So get out to a cider tasting, fall festival, or apple orchard and get your autumn on.
